Police descend on Folkestone after two men reportedly stabbed

Two men have been injured in a stabbing this evening in Folkestone.
Eight police vehicles and two ambulances were called to a block of flats in Marine Terrace at 5.40pm.
One man suffered cuts to his back and a second received wounds to his hand. A third man, who is 50 and from the town, has been arrested.
Both injured men were taken to a local hospital.
A number of police officers remained at the scene where they interviewed bystanders.
A police spokesman said: "A man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in police custody. Officers are at the scene and are carrying out enquiries."
Marine Terrace was closed directly after the attack but has since been reopened.
