Man attacked in pub courtyard on Beach Street, Folkestone

A man was taken to hospital following a serious assault in a pub courtyard.
The attack happened on Beach Street, near Folkestone harbour, on Sunday at about 6.35pm.
The victim - a man in his 30s - was assaulted by another at The Royal George pub after speaking to him, and officers and paramedics rushed to the scene.
The assaulted man was taken to a local hospital with injuries to his leg and head.
Police have since described the culprit as a white man, with short black wavy hair and a beard.
He was reportedly wearing sunglasses, a black T-shirt with a white logo on the chest, blue jeans and black trainers.
