Drivers are urged to use an alternative route after the Road of Remembrance, in Folkestone, was taped off following a landslide

A road in Folkestone is closed due to concerns for safety following a landslip.
The Road of Remembrance was taped off to both drivers and pedestrians by Kent Highways yesterday.
Trees are now overhanging the road after mud slid down the hill and knocked them loose.
Kent Highways are advising people to use an alternative route.
