A man is due to appear at the Old Bailey in London next week charged with a Folkestone murder.
Damian Daley, 39, is the second person to be accused of killing Gus Allman.
The 20-year-old victim, from London, was fatally stabbed in London Street at about 7.30pm on Wednesday, February 19.
He was found in nearby Wood Avenue and was treated by paramedics, but died later in hospital.
Detectives this week charged Daley, of London Street, with Mr Allman's murder.
He appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court via video link, where he was remanded in custody.
Daley will appear at the Old Bailey in London on Tuesday with a potential trial set to be heard at Canterbury Crown Court.
Daley is the second person to be charged with Mr Allman's murder after Timothy Keith Avril, 22, of East Dulwich, was charged on April 17.
