Police investigate reports of sex attack on 17-year-old girl in Folkestone subway between Holywell Avenue and Churchill Avenue

A 17-year-old boy is in custody after reports of a sexual assault on a teenage girl in a Folkestone subway.
The attack is said to have happened in an underpass between Holywell Avenue and Churchill Avenue on Tuesday.
Detectives taped and cordoned off the area while they investigated the scene after the girl, also 17, reported the incident on Wednesday afternoon.
Police said the boy was arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in custody while investigations continue.
