Folkestone: Sexual comments made to girl, 15, as police hunt man

Police want to track down a man who allegedly made sexual comments to a teenager in Folkestone.

A 15-year-old girl was approached by a man made inappropriate remarks to the girl before walking away.

Officers are now appealing for help to find the man after the incident at the junction of Wilton Road and Cornwallis Avenue at 1.40pm on Monday, March 13.

No other offences are alleged to have taken place and police have not revealed the full details of the comments made.

The man is described as aged in his 50s, about 6ft tall with a heavy build.

He had tanned skin, short brown hair, stubble and spoke with a foreign accent.

He was dressed in black with a jacket, ankle-length work boots and a rucksack.
