Rail passengers have been facing hefty waiting times at Eurotunnel todau caused by a broken-down train.
There were delays of up to three hours at the Folkestone terminal after a National Freight train broke down in the tunnel and was towed out.
A Eurotunnel spokesman said: "We confirm that a rail freight train traveling from UK to the FR was reported to have broken down near the French exit this morning just after 8am UK time.
"The rail freight train which had broken down on exit from the Channel Tunnel this morning has now been removed and normal service is resuming.
"Eurotunnel is now working to reduce waiting times for passengers as quickly as possible."
Passengers are being advised to have all passports and ID to hand and open at the photo page.
There are also delays of up to an hour and a half at the Calais terminal.
All passengers through the Channel Tunnell are still being advised to check in as planned.
Ticket sales for travel today are currently unavailable.
