Drugs paraphernalia and knives seized and suspected burglar arrested in Folkestone

A teenager from Essex has been arrested by police in Folkestone during a seize of drugs paraphernalia and knives.
Officers were in Bouverie Road West at around 2.30am this morning where two men were seen acting suspiciously.
An 18-year-old man from Essex was detained following the search of a nearby car, where three knives, drugs paraphernalia and mobile phones were discovered.
A call had also been made to police at around the same time concerning a suspected burglary at a block of flats in the street.
Neighbours reported loud noises and saw men running away from the building.
The man from Rainham remains in custody on suspicion of class B drug offences and burglary.
