Folkestone: Three charged with kidnap and assault after alleged attack at Three Hills Sports Park

Three people have been charged with kidnap and assault after a man was injured in a car park attack.

The victim was approached by a group of people in a car outside the Three Hills Sports Park at around 6.30pm yesterday and assaulted shortly afterwards.

Police charged the trio today following the incident and released a fourth person without charge.

The victim, who knew his alleged attackers, suffered facial injuries.

Silvia Medzihradska, 43, Robert Cencer, 43, and Ladislav Schulz, 32, all of Black Bull Road were all due to appear in court today.

A police spokesman said: "They were remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court via video link on Monday, September 25."

The car was seen leaving the scene at around 8.30pm.

A 44-year-old man was released without charge.

Detectives want to hear from anyone with information or who was in the area of the Three Hills car park at the time.
