Drivers avoid serious injury after two-car crash on Sandgate Hill, Folkestone

A two-car crash this afternoon in Folkestone caused traffic disruption but the drivers did not suffer serious injury.
Two cars collided on Sandgate Hill and police were called at 1.35pm.
A South East Coast Ambulance spokesman confirmed one paramedic car attended but "there were no significant injuries" to the two women involved and they left the scene after an hour.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "The collision did block the road and cause congestion. I understand the cars have now been recovered."
