Three suspected burglars have been arrested after equipment to steal was found in a car they were travelling in.
Just after 12am today, officers stopped a car in the Round Hill Tunnel on the coastbound A20 in Folkestone.
Police were alerted after the same car had allegedly failed to stop when asked two days prior.
Alongside the driver, two men were reported to be travelling as passengers and a number of items, including bolt cutters, a crowbar, balaclavas, torches and gloves, were seized by officers.
Two men aged 20 and a 33-year-old man were all arrested on suspicion of going equipped to steal.
They remain in custody while investigating officers carry out their inquiries.
