A pub that has been empty for over a year has gone on the market for £195,000.
The Raglan Tavern in Folkestone is set across five floors, including a basement, and has a five-bedroom self-contained flat above the ground floor bar.
The building has been vacant for many years, and can be found in a corner spot along Dover Road (A260).
It dates back to 1864, when it was called the Lord Raglan, and at one point was a hotel called Raglan Hotel.
In 1913 the Folkestone police recommended the pub for closure, due to complaints about a lack of a urinal on the premises.
The were installed in the basement, much to relief of customers, and the license was renewed.
The pub is believed to have closed in 2016.
It previously went to auction in July 2018, with a freehold guide price of between £190,000 and £210,000.
It has now gone on the market with Christie & Co, who specialise in business sales.
The ground floor is where the main bar area is, with a large basement cellar below.
There is a five bedroom flat above, situated over three floors.
The first floor consists of a kitchen/diner, two reception rooms and a toilet.
The second floor consists of three double bedrooms and a bathroom and the third floor is laid out with two double bedrooms
Details from the listing state: "The premises are well positioned on the busy A260, near several other local businesses and many residential properties.
"This opportunity would suit someone looking to purchase a large property, to either restore it to its former glory or look to convert the building for another purpose (subject to planning permission)."
The pub has an asking price of £195,000.
Agent James Hughes said: "Folkestone is always a town in Kent that garners plenty of interest due to its high tourist number during the peak summer season.
"This particular property is very large and could be used for many different uses, subject to planning permission, so it will be interesting to see the different types of buyers that approach us to purchase."
