Dog walker and pet treated after crash with BMW in Folkestone

A driver was released without charge after a crash between a BMW and a dog walker.
The pedestrian suffered leg and arm injuries and was taken to hospital, while their dog was seen by a vet after the accident at 9.30pm yesterday.
A 24-year-old man from Folkestone was arrested on suspicion of drink driving at the scene in Radnor Park Road, Folkestone.
He was later released without charge, and the road was re-opened by 10.30pm.
