Crash in Ashford Road, Newingreen, near Folkestone

A woman was cut free from her car and four people were treated for shock after a three-vehicle pile-up in Newingreen, near Folkestone.
The crash happened in Ashford Road just before 5pm and firefighters spent about 45 minutes rescuing the woman, who was taken to hospital on a stretcher.
Three other women and a man were treated for shock and minor injuries.
A spokesman for Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: "Emergency services attended a crash involving three vehicles in Ashford Road, Newingreen.
"Crews stabilised one of the vehicles and assisted paramedics with the removal of an injured woman who was placed on a longboard and conveyed to hospital.
"Three additional women and a man suffered what is believed to be minor injuries and shock."
Police and ambulance have been approached for a comment.
