Yet more misery on M20

MOTORWAY mayhem was caused with the implemntation of Operation Stack last night.
It was put into force at 4pm and lorries parked on the M20 while cars were diverted on to the A20 causing long delays between junctions 10 and 13.
The hold ups were caused by union strikes in France. The operation was brought to an end at 2am today.
The delays come after a week of congestion on the M20, which bought much of Kent to a standstill. It was implemented because of berthing problems in Calais.
