How's this for a goal to sign off before entering a second national lockdown?
Folkestone Invicta's Josh Vincent scored a wonderful volley during his side's Isthmian Premier win over Hornchurch on Tuesday night.
The goal was captured by the club, with the footage also including 'goal cam' as the ball flies into the top corner.
Visitors Hornchurch thought the danger was over when a defensive header cleared a cross into the penalty area but Vincent produced a wonderful strike to find the top corner.
His 15th-minute strike put Invicta on the path to victory, although they needed a late goal from Ian Draycott to claim the three points after an own goal levelled matters late in the second half.
The win moves Folkestone into the top half of the table as the season comes to a halt for a month due to lockdown with step 3 football classed as non-elite. Teams in leagues above Folkestone can continue playing, albeit behind closed doors.
