Folkestone have signed former Hythe striker Jerson Dos Santos.
He replaces Ade Yusuff, who left Invicta at the end of last season to join Dulwich Hamlet.
Dos Santos spent last season with Folkestone's Bostik Premier rivals Carshalton Athletic.
Dos Santos played the full 90 minutes against Gillingham on Saturday having scored against Dover earlier in pre-season.
Invicta boss Neil Cugley said: "To replace Ade hasn’t been easy so I'm pleased to get Jerson on board.
"He’s a bit different to Ade. His movement is really good, he links up play well and hopefully he’s got something to prove.
"I like players with something to prove and I don’t think last year was a particularly good season for him. He wants to show what he’s all about.
"He was at Carshalton but lost his place and finished up at East Grinstead for the last couple of months.
"He’ll be ideal for us and it stops me having to look for anybody else."
