Anglers who are fed-up with the poor sport in Kent have gone west to find better luck.
Two such anglers hit the jackpot with stunning catches, one from the shore and one from a boat.
Dover angler Martin Humphries and his mate went to Sussex to fish for Dover sole and, in one session, managed 39 to 2lbs.
Going quite a bit further west, Herne Bay angler Ashley Brown caught this stunning blue shark which is estimated to be near 60lbs.
This fish would have been returned to sea!
