Airwaves Racing will be hoping to get their season back on track as the penultimate round of the British Touring Car season takes place on home soil this weekend.
The Wrotham-based team were one-time leaders of the championship but have slid down the standings after picking up just a single point from the last two rounds.
Three races at Brands Hatch will hand an opportunity for lead driver Mat Jackson, who has won four races so far this season, the chance to claw his way back toward the top drivers in the championship. Jackson trails leader Gorden Shedden by 45 points.
In between them stand Matt Neal and Jason Plato as the championship reaches its climax.
Hopes of clinching the driver title may have diminished but Airwaves are still chasing the Independent Team crown. They lie second in the standings behind the 888 team – sitting 20 points in front of them.
Jackson will be joined in the Airwaves garage by team-mates Michael Caine and Liam Griffin.
Team manager Oly Collins said: "We’ve had a terrible run of luck recently. It has been no one’s fault within the team – everyone has been spot on in the last month despite the poor results."
Among the support races will be action from Formula Renault UK, the Ginetta GT Supercup, Porsche Carrera Cup, Ginetta Junior Championship and the Renault Clio Cup.
The BTCC races take place on Sunday with the start times scheduled for 11.30am, 2.15pm and the final one at 5.05pm.
