An office in a listed building could be turned into flats.
Permission has been requested to change space on the ground floor at Numeric House, 188 Parrock Street, Gravesend, from an office into two studio apartments.
The plans include details about the addition of a lightwell and reinstatement of an original lightwell at the front of the property to give independent access to the existing basement office.
A suggestion to take out internal stairs in the basement has also been put forward as well the removal of walls in the basement and ground floor.
A public notice has been published as the development may affect the character or appearance of the conservation area and development or works may affect a listed building.
