Bar staff swapped shots for shoots by stripping down to their birthday suits during a series of fund-raising photo sessions.
Workers at The Millers Cottage pub in Gravesend posed naked for a calendar to raise money for the EllenorLions Hospices.
It was part of an on-going fund-raising campaign at the Shrubbery Lane pub and was the idea of pub manager Glynis Kean, from Northfleet, who also dared to bare.
All the pictures were taken inside and outside the pub and volunteers included two men and 11 women aged from 20 to 55.
Mrs Kean, who has managed the pub for three years, said: “The pressure was really on me this year to come up with something good. I was thinking of getting my head waxed but another pub owner did that. So that got me out of that one.
"I thought why don’t we do a Millers Cottage Calendar Girls calendar, and everyone was up for it.
“I said to all the girls I promise to do it tastefully, so nobody would be showing anything.”
Tracey Still, of Larkfields, Northfleet, was one of the 11 women who took part. The 42-year-old said: “I was a bit nervous at first but it was a real giggle. I was more nervous about seeing how the pictures would come out.”
EllenorLions Hospices was chosen because Mrs Kean has had two friends cared for by the hospice.
She said: “The nurses do a wonderful job, it takes a special sort of person to do that job." Mrs Kean added that she would love to raise at least £2,000 this year.
A calendar launch night will take place in November at the pub, when they will be on sale for about £5. For more details call the pub on 01474 358 354.
