Gravesend’s Model Marine and Engineering Society put on a special Santa-themed event to celebrate the festive season.
The group will also be running the themed trains on Sunday, December 16 and Sunday, December 23 to celebrate the lead-up to Christmas.
Children piled on to the tiny steam trains as tinsel adorned the miniature station at Cascades Leisure Centre in Thong Lane.
Drivers put on their Santa hats as visitors got the chance to meet the man himself, as he climbed aboard he pint-size railway.
The next two dates will run between 1pm and 4pm, and feature a grotto, seasonal drinks, mince pies, sweets and cake.
Entry to the grotto is £2 per person, including a ride on the Christmas-themed train.
Additional rides cost £50p, and guests can also enter the tombola for £1.
