Packets of 'sweets' laced with an unknown drug have been found during a search of a car.
Police stopped the suspicious vehicle overnight and found a large number of packets of what look like jelly sweets.
Officers say they were clearly aimed at selling to children.
Tests will be carried out on the contents of the packets but it is thought the drug could be THC which is the main psychoactive compound in marijuana.
A driver was arrested on suspicion of intent to supply and drug driving.
