Ebbsfleet are still searching for their first win of the season after a last-gasp home defeat to Hayes & Yeading in Blue Square Premier on Saturday.
Substitute Toby Little latched onto Scott Fitzgerald's pass in the second minute of stoppage time to finish beyond Lance Cronin and secure a 2-1 win for the visitors.
Hayes had taken the lead after just three minutes when a bad error by Will Salmon let in Fitzgerald and he was able to curl the ball past the advancing Cronin for teenage striker George Daly, on loan from Wycombe, to net.
But the Fleet were level just two minutes later when Ricky Shakes crossed for Magno Vieira to score and break his goalscoring duck.
Ebbsfleet: Cronin, Salmon, Crooks, Charles, Collins, Shakes (Forshaw 82), Heeroo, Pooley, Welsh, Thomas, Vieira (Ginty 76).
Subs not used: Shulton, Henry, Lamprell.
