Estate agent 2-Move moving up thanks to its great team

In the four years it has been operating, independent owner-run 2-move estate agent has made a big impact on the housing market.

With two offices – one in Milton Road, Gravesend, and another in Strood – open seven days a week, the firm covers a wide area of north Kent and south east London.

Specialising in residential sales and lettings, property management, mortgage and conveyancing services, land and new homes, the team and infrastructure can assist everyone from a first-time buyer to the largest developer and corporate client.

The 20-strong staff are NAEA, ARLA and NFOPP qualified and based on customer questionnaires, 96 per cent of clients say they would use the company again and recommend it.

New for 2014 is an exclusive monthly e-magazine. Location includes every home 2-move markets for sale and to let, not just a select few.

“This was followed, in June 2014, with another Silver Award, in the same South East category, at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.
