Beleaguered Ebbsfleet United manager Liam Daish (pictured) is being forced to watch the break-up of his squad with the loss already of Stacy Long, Michael Ricketts, Luke Moore, Sacha Opinel and James Smith.
Long has left for Stevenage, Ricketts has joined Woking, Moore has moved to AFC Wimbledon, while defenders Opinel and Smith have dropped down two divisions to sign for Farnborough of the British Gas Southern League Premier Division.
These five senior players could be joined by Michael Gash in the Stonebridge Road exodus.
The striker is the subject of a bid from a Blue Square Premier club who have tabled a £40,000 offer.
Any move must be ratified by members of MyFootballClub, who have been told that the deal comprises £20,000 being paid up front, plus a further £10,000 on January 1 next year and a final payment of £10,000 being made on July 1, 2010.
The club involved have stressed that this is their final offer and have requested a reply by Monday. The Fleet have informed members that the club involved is not the one those whose £30,000 offer was rejected last week.
