The cremation of a funeral manager with an "engaging personality" will take place today.
The body of Jane Dale, from Gravesend, was discovered by police on July 17 in the woods by Norheads Lane in Biggin Hill after she went missing.
Miss Dale, 40, worked for funeral company Dignity - where she was described as having a "ready smile and a positive attitude".
Miss Dale's silver Ford Focus was found locked and empty in a remote country lane.
It is believed to have been there since she left her home in Maritime Gate, Northfleet, four days earlier to travel to Croydon.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as suspension by hanging. An inquest has been opened and adjourned.
A Dignity spokesman said: "Jane was a popular manager. She had an engaging personality, always with a ready smile and a positive attitude.
"Those who knew and worked with Jane will miss her very much indeed."
Miss Dale's funeral is at St Botolph's in Northfleet at 10am and then Medway crematorium.
