Seven children lost their grandad when Jeff Hussey died two days after being told by medics his illness was a “muscular injury”. But in fact the popular foster dad was heading for renal failure and multiple heart attacks, leaving his family bereft and his widow asking questions about how his condition could have been missed.
An online petition has been set up by an angry mum who says children do not have hot water and heating at a Gravesend primary school.
There's a four-page special with a full-round up and reaction of the planned Ebbsfleet 'Garden City'.
In Sport, Ebbsfleet manager Steve Brown has criticised the "arrogant" referee who angered him and his players last weekend.
In What's On, there are nine competitions including the chance to win a fine dining experience aboard steam train The Cathedrals Express
Plus lots more news and pictures from events over the weekend - out today.
