Ebbsfleet boss Liam Daish said confidence is high after back-to-back wins.
The goals have flowed in games in which Fleet have trailed against Forest Green and Luton in Blue Square Premier.
Daish said: “Winning games like that helps every player that plays football at any decent level. It is important for confidence when you get rewards for your efforts.
“If you get that win it helps breed confidence and team spirit. You start looking forward to games.
“I’ll just have to keep reminding the players of what it is that’s got the two wins – determination and hard work.”
Daish said his squad still have plenty of work to do to get out of trouble but added: “We have got a good balance but it is still early days.
“We have got a bit of physicality now, which you need in a physical league like this.
“It would be great to keep people fit and free of suspension but football doesn’t work like that.
“We need people to be ready to come in and do a job and if we have to look into the loan market when it opens in a couple of weeks, then so be it.”
