Cara, who is from Gravesend, gave birth this week and took to Instagram to share her appreciation for the care given to her by the midwives at Darent Valley Hospital.

She said: "She's here and home. We are both want to say a massive thank you to all the amazing ladies who looked after us at Darent Valley Hospital over the last few days.

"Thank you for all your messages that have kept me going."

Cara and Nathan, who married in Canterbury last year, already have two-year-old son Freddie-George together.

The couple appeared and won the show in 2016 but have not revealed the name of their first daughter.

They were the first couple to meet in the villa to get married and were engaged in July 2018.
