Gravesend man charged with rape of girl in Chatham

A 39-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the rape of a girl in Chatham.
Kurt Baker, of Pankhurst Place, Gravesend attended Medway Magistrate's Court today where he stood accused of the sexual assaults on the child.
The 39-year-old was arrested on suspicion of these offences following a previous appeal for information.
He has since been charged with three counts of rape.
Baker appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court earlier today where he was remanded in custody to attend Maidstone Crown Court on Wednesday June 30.
