Man arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after stop and search in Trinity Road, Gravesend

A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs following a stop and search.
Officers stopped a 19-year-old, from Maidstone, in Trinity Road, Gravesend, at around 10am yesterday.
They seized a quantity of suspected drugs and the man was arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
Gravesham police tweeted about the arrest, saying: "#Gravesend Community Policing Team conduct a stop search which results in an arrest for supplying Class A drugs."
The man remains in custody.
