Police cordoned off a house in Swanscombe after a gunshot was heart
A man has been charged with growing cannabis in a Swanscombe house after a gun was allegedly let off at the property.
James Legg, 25, of Church Road, Swanscombe, is accused of producing cannabis and has been bailed to appear before Dartford magistrates on January 2.
A 23-year-old woman has been cautioned for allowing her premises to be used for growing the class B drug.
Kent Police officers were called to a house in Church Road at 5pm last Wednesday after a firearm was allegedly let off in the house.
Three men wearing hoodies who forced their way into the house were seen running away after a shot was heard.
Three other people were in the house at the time, but police said no one was hurt.
