Man dies during Gravesend Cyclopark event

A man taken to hospital after a "medical incident" at an event held at Gravesend's Cyclopark complex has died.
An ambulance was called to Watling Street, Gravesend, at 12.20pm on Saturday, April 7, where the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another patient was taken to Kings College Hospital by air ambulance.
It is not clear whether the two injuries sustained were during the same incident.
South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman, Rich Airey, said: “Sadly the incident did prove fatal and one man was pronounced dead at the scene.”
Spokesman for the Cyclopark, Simon Jones, said: “We are aware of an incident at the Cyclopark on Saturday afternoon and our staff have been assisting the relevant authorities appropriately with their investigation.”
