Kenny Kay in court charged with arson after vehicle found alight in Grove Road, Northfleet

A man is in court today charged with arson after a vehicle was found on fire inside a business compound.
Kenny Kay, of Black Eagle Drive, Northfleet, was arrested in the early hours of Saturday after officers and firefighters were called to Grove Road, Northfleet, at 8.30pm on Friday.
The 27-year-old is due at Medway Magistrates' Court today, where he will also face five charges of criminal damage and one charge of common assault, the latter relating to a separate incident.
A 21-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of arson and has been released on bail until Friday October 13 while the investigation continues.
