Man suffers stab wound and another head injury after aggravated burglary at home in Poplar Avenue, Gravesend

One man suffered a stab wound to his back and another suffered a head injury after being attacked at a property in Gravesend.
Officers are appealing for information following a report of an aggravated burglary in Poplar Avenue in which one victim was injured with a knife.
Kent Police was called at 4.25am this morning to reports that three men had entered a property in the road.
Officers and Secamb attended the scene and a man was taken to hospital with a wound to his back.
This is believed to have been caused by a knife and another man was treated for an injury to his head, neither men’s injuries are life-threatening.
A spokesman for Kent Police said: “The suspects are described as a white man in his 20s and two black men of a similar age.
“They are reported to have left the scene and possibly driven away in a small black car, possibly a Peugeot or Vauxhall Astra, parked nearby in Ash Road.
“It is reported that a further suspect, described as a black woman, may have been driving the car.”
Officers at the scene are continuing to make a number of inquiries, including house-to-house and gathering forensic evidence.
