THE RAIN may be pouring in north Kent, but no serious incidents have been reported according to Kent Fire and Rescue Service.

A number of trees have fallen in the county and areas of flooding reported due to today's heavy rain.

But firefighters at both Dartford and Thames-side fire stations in north Kent said they had received no reports of incidents in Dartford and Gravesham.

The rain was due to ease on Monday afternoon.
