Peacock Celtic missed an injury-time penalty and with it the chance of a first win of the season as they drew 1-1 with fellow Gravesend League Division 1 strugglers The Rising Eagles.

After a goalless first half, Eagles took the lead 10 minutes into the second half thanks to a Simon Cross goal. Peacock equalised through Dan Watts in the 80th minute.

When the referee pointed to the spot in stoppage time, they had a golden opportunity to register a first league win which they missed, leaving them to with a point.
