Police were called out to an overturned car yesterday afternoon.

The red hatchback was spotted in Hog Lane, Gravesend, just before Landseer Avenue at around 2pm.

A police spokeswoman said: "The driver was believed to have left the scene and inquiries are ongoing to locate him or her."

The car was completely blocking what is a one lane country road.
