Police chopper scrambled over Wrotham after assault

The police helicopter was scrambled in the Wrotham area this lunchtime following a report of an assault last night.
A police spokesman said the alleged offender and victim are known to each other.
Witnesses said the aircraft was hovering over Wrotham Hill at about 1.30pm.
