A former cocktail bar in a building which has served as a pub for nearly 450 years has been sold at auction.
Room Forty Four, in High Street, Gravesend, sold for £440,000 at a Clive Emson land and property auction.
The commercial property, which was first called The Three Tuns, comes with four studio flats and has a total estimated rental income per annum of £49,560.
