There was heavy traffic on a busy route following an accident.
The A227 Wrotham Road in Northfleet has been partially closed by police after a crash involving three vehicles took place in Coldharbour Road.
Officers and paramedics were called to the scene today at 7.50am following a report of injuries.
A staff member at the Travelodge Hotel, situated next to the Coldharbour Road and Wrotham Road roundabout, said police were at the scene.
Another witness said: "I saw fire engines at site and a recovery truck. When I came back that way they opened one side going from the A2 to Morrisons but not going to the A2 coastbound.
"It was under the A2, it was busy and difficult to stop."
The vehicles are in the process of being recovered and part of the road has reopened.
