Crimestoppers is offering up to £1,000 for information which will help track down a man on the run.
Danny O'Loughlin, of Waterloo Street, Cheltenham, has links to Gravesend.
He has been wanted for more than 28 days, and now faces a charge of being unlawfully at large.
O'Loughlin was recalled to prison last month for breaching the terms of his licence.
He has links to Evesham in Worcestershire and Wokingham, Berkshire.
The breach relates to a police investigation into a stolen vehicle.
A warrant for O'Loughlin's arrest was issued by the Home Office in January, following a consultation with the probation and prison services.
He is not considered a direct threat to the public, but officers are asking people not to approach him if seen, and to instead call 101.
Crimestoppers is offering up to £1,000 as a reward for information which leads to his arrest.
