06:00, 14 March 2020
Auctioneers will be hoping bidders offer more than a penny for an unusual lot going under the hammer.
The former toilet block in Perry Street, Northfleet, is being sold with a guide price of £25,000-£30,000.
John Stockey, auctioneer for Clive Emson, said: “There might well be scope to develop this site in various directions as long as all necessary consents are obtainable.”
The sale will be held at the Clive Emson Conference Centre, Kent County Show Ground, on Tuesday, March, 24, at 11am.
