Teenage boy in hospital after being punched and stamped on near School Lane in Higham after party

A teenage boy is in hospital after he was punched and stamped on in a street attack.
The incident happened in Higham, near Gravesend, at an unidentified location near School Lane, between 8.30pm and 9pm on Saturday.
It's reported the victim, a teenage boy, was punched and stamped on after he left a party.
He suffered facial injuries and remains in hospital.
The following day, a 15-year-old boy was arrested and taken into custody.
He was later bailed pending further investigation.
Detective Sgt Terry Hanlon, of North Division CID, said: “The assault happened near School Lane after the victim had left a party at a nearby address.
“It is thought this incident may have been witnessed by a number of people.
“It is also understood some of those present may have footage on their phone that could assist our investigation.
“We are urging witnesses who have not yet spoken to the police and anyone with phone footage to contact our appeal line.”
