Teenagers arrested on suspicion of Gravesend garage arson

Two teenagers have been arrested after a garage was destroyed in a fire.
Police were called to Barr Road, Gravesend on Saturday, after seeing a large cloud of smoke rising from the area.
Upon arrival, they saw the garage and a car within on fire.
The owner of the home attached to the garage, a man aged in his 80s, was taken to safety.
An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy from Gravesend have been arrested on suspicion of arson.
They have both been released under investigation.
