Traffic held on A2 by Darenth Interchange after accident

Traffic has been delayed after a crash on the A2.
Cars are being temporarily hled after an accident with a car and a lorry on the A2 Eastbound at junction 2 of the M25, by the Darenth Interchange.
Highways England have held all traffic to attempt to re-position the lorry on the hard should of the motorway.
It is not known whether there has been any injuries.
A spokesman for the police said: "We were alerted to an incident on the coastbound carriageway of the A2, Dartford, at 3.08pm.
"A lorry was reported to have been in collision with a car. No injuries were reported."
The incident is ongoing.
