Travellers have set up camp at Gravesend's Cyclopark.
Five caravans arrived late on Sunday night having previously been spotted at a nearby unofficial lorry park by popular A2 roadside stop, Nell's Cafe.
Cyclopark CEO Alex Flint said the travellers would not be hanging around for long and expects them to have moved on before the end of the day.
Kent County Council has previously had to intervene when travellers have arrived at Cyclopark.
In June last year, magistrates granted an application by KCC to hand travellers an eviction notice after they refused to obey a "direction to leave" order.
Police were also made aware on that occasion, but have not been called this time round.
