Police car chase crash in Camer Road, Meopham sparks appeal for witnesses as six injured

An appeal for dashcam footage has been circulated following a police car chase which left five officers and a member of the public in hospital.

The six were injured when two patrol cars collided with an Audi RS4 in Camer Road, Meopham.

The officers had been pursuing a BMW 520 which failed to stop as they attempted to pull it over in Windmill Street, Gravesend, on Thursday night.

Two of the officers suffered arm and leg injuries, while the other three and the driver of the Audi escaped with minor injuries.

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit has now appealed for witnesses and anyone who may have dashcam footage of the cars involved before the crash.
