Woman taken to hospital and road closed in Gravesend after car overturns

A woman has been taken to hospital after a car overturned this morning.
Fire crews used cutting equipment to free the driver from her car in Dashwood Road in Gravesend.
The road was closed following the incident, but has since reopened.
Kent Police spokesman James Walker said: "Kent Police was called to a report that a car had overturned in Dashwood Road, Gravesend, at 9.40am on Monday, July 2.
"Officers attended the scene alongside crews from the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
"A road closure was enforced to ensure public safety and a woman was taken to a local hospital for treatment to injuries."
The woman's injuries are not thought to be serious.
